Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Taxi Service Sri Lanka. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our transportation services.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. Bookings made via WhatsApp or Phone are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from our team. We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance for city trips and 24 hours for outstation tours.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are calculated based on the distance (KM) and vehicle type. The estimated fare provided by our calculator is a guide; actual fares may vary slightly due to traffic or route changes. We accept cash payments in LKR or USD, and bank transfers.

3. Driver Information

All our services include a professional driver. Driver details will be shared with the customer at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup are entitled to a full refund of any deposits. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a small administrative fee.

5. Safety and Conduct

Safety is our top priority. We maintain our vehicles to the highest standards. Passengers are expected to follow safety instructions from the driver and wear seatbelts at all times.
